Nercomunda Hired Gun.

I bought Necromunda Hired Gun digitally and like most found it to be a bug filled mess with frame rates dropping all over the place, basically unplayable. I asked for a refund and was told because I'd played it I wasn't allowed one. Here's an idea. How about you test the game before you sell the game on your market place. You're keen to take the money but when said product simply doesn't work you won't give that money back, be it directly or store credit. As a gamer of old, I am sick to the back teeth of this acceptance of games being shipped broken.

I am truly sorry about this, and I wish there was something we can do about this but the refund department and the game testing team are both separate departments. My advice would be to reply to the refund email, that way your response is seen by the refund department team, and if you wish you can provide feedback about this by following what's mentioned here => Provide feedback as an Xbox Insider | Xbox Support.
