Здравствуйте!! У меня возникла проблема с онлайн игрой, удалив игру с пк захожу в
Microsoft Store скачиваю игру и устанавливаю. Но происходить следующие, игра устанавливается некорректно и невозможно зайти в игру дальше прогресса в 31%, пытался переустанавливать заново но не пойму почему игра снова устанавливается
с тем же багом. Может подскажите где нужно почистить чтоб игру можно было установить заново без багов??

Thanks for posting, if there is an issue where a game is not installing after redemption of a token, try out a hard reset with the following steps:

1. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds (while the console is on).
2. Release the power button after 10 seconds
3. Press the power button normally, to power on the console

If the issue persists please let us know, so we may provide more steps.

I also called in support of Microsoft. I was told that my code is already activated. How can I check on which device and when the game code was activated?

The best way to check to make sure the code was redeemed to your account is to go to the accounts

Order History and make sure you see the game listed there.

Also you may go to
https://account.xbox.com/mygames, sign into the account and see if the game is listed there.

Do you not see the game under "Ready to Install" found in My Games and Apps?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

If I were you and you cannot get the game after the code was already redeemed on your account, I would attempt to remove your gamertag from your console and then redownload it back to your console so it can be reloaded as up to date as possible account-wise.
Follow the steps here on

If that doesn't help resolve the issue, then the best next course of action for you would be to try what we call a soft reset.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Yes, I turned in support of the Xbox, I was told that my game code is activated, but not on my device. I again file a complaint to the store where I bought this code. I just understand that this question is not simple - I can’t prove that this code was not
activated by me, for example, on another account. I understand that this problem does not apply to you, I will just have a lesson - never buy codes in third-party stores.
