neither my downloaded or disc games will work

Hi hope someone can shed some light on my problem, none of my digital or disc games will load up, I get to the "press A to start game" page but nothing happens when I press the A button it just hangs nothing loads up, the game doesn't start, this is on both
my downloaded games and disc games.

I tried a partial console reset a few days ago and this seemed to resolve the issue, but today I"m back to the same problem none of my games will start. My xbox one console is about 4-5 months old. thanks for any advice

L4D2 disc does not work on Xbox one

Mines the same way l4d2 wont work fable 3 wont work on disc fallout 3 wont work on disc and none of my dvds new or classic wont work all 360 games that i have downloaded work perfectly but no disc works that i have tried

 

Hard drive problem with white xbox 360

My white xbox 360 just started acting really weird. It can't load up any games when it has a hard drive in it. I have two hard drives and neither work so it's the xbox itself that is the problem. It doesnt matter if the game is downloaded on my hard
drive or one of my usb's or on a disc. As long as a hard drive is inserted it won't load up games. It works without a hard drive but I want to know if there is anything I can do to fix it.

 

Unpugged from power for 5 minutes then plugged back in- everything seems to be ok ..... for now, feel that might just be a temporary resolve
