At least when I start Microsoft Jigsaw my Goldpoints are changed from a positiv count to a negativ .

Sorry to hear you are having problems. How did you migrate your account? If you did it via xbox.com, there is a warning on the region migration screen which states:

Here’s what moves with you:

1. Your gamerscore, unlocked achievements, and the rest of your Xbox LIVE profile
   
2. Any remaining time on your Gold membership

You can only move between Xbox LIVE regions once every 3 months.

What can’t move:

1. Some services you use now might not be available in your new region.
   To find info about services, like TV providers, available in a specific region, visit the Xbox.com website for that region. (To find that other region’s website, click the name of your current region at the bottom of any Xbox.com page.)
   
2. Money in your Microsoft account.
   We can’t transfer money between regions. Any money in your Microsoft account for your current region won’t be available in the new region.
   
3. Xbox Music subscriptions can’t be moved.
   If you have a current Xbox Music Pass, it will be cancelled as part of the move. Your collection will stay the same, subject to availability and region-specific licensing rules, if you subscribe to Xbox Music Pass again after you’ve changed to a new region.
   When you subscribe in a new region, if you use your Xbox Music Pass on a Windows Phone, you’ll need to reset your phone to manufacturer settings.
   
4. Some content may be blocked in the new region because of legal obligations or regional restrictions. Before you change your region, make sure you’ve downloaded any purchased content you want to keep, like movies or music. Content purchases aren’t refundable.
   

Not sure if this is what you are seeing or if I am misunderstanding your problem. If the region is not supported at this time then there is likely nothing than can be done until that region is supported. Should you have any further questions or concerns
