    A few days ago, the amount of gold in my account went to a negative 33K amount overnight. It's wrong and it's preventing me from downloading Jigsaw puzzles. Please fix this. There's another user that reported on the discussion side a negative amount of gold.
    It appears you may have fixed (somewhat) the freezes with the display of ads, but created a new problem by wiping out our gold. Please, please fix this!

    Gold Bars to Negative

    I have searched the forums and I see many others with this same problem, they don't seem to get a response so not sure how to fix. My gold bars have turned to negative and I uninstalled and reinstalled jigsaw and this did not help. This is very frustrating
    as I can't download new puzzles and also after uninstalling I have to redownload my collections to play them. To get back to positive would take forever and it is not fair when I had a bunch of positive gold bars to spend to one day get negative numbers. What
    is the solution to get this fixed???

    Hey neg, you'll need a gold subscription, not just a LIVE account. It appears that you're currently showing as having a free account, and not one set up with Gold.
