    I'd like to ask someone from xbox live the reason behind a message I received today, the message says "due to negative feedback from the community, your reputation has fallen to needs work. try to be friendlier on xbox live, firstly who are the community
    and secondly who I'm I supposed to be friendlier with because my setting on my xbox one are set to friends only, I can't talk or message anybody who isn't on my friends list, so please tell xbox live? who the community are and how did I offend them considering
    I can't talk or message them and how can I be friendlier to people I won't even be able to talk too anyway even if I wanted too, any answers from the xbox live team would be appreciated.

    Casey Hudson addresses Negative Feedback

    evrything we are seeing from them is generic. There is a fantastic post on bioware social network that voteDC linked too somewhere that has an ex-PR guy breaking down Bioware/EA's method of addressing this BS and its so by the public relations book its
    almost laughable. He really schools them in the thread.

    xbox live as got to have the worse customer relations, you never get any answers from them no wonder people are leaving for playstation 4

  6. then why tell you to go to the forum? if you any problems, I think they make it up as they go along and expect people to keep taking it Ive never know any company that hire's people to do a job to make so many mistakes without being held accountable, theres
    no reply address there never any contact details to talk to those people it's a joke!!!

    Xbox is the crib, its a baby's world...you do better than someone else they give you bad feedback...the I'm telling my mom complex....thats why I'm selling my xbone and going to play with the big kids on PS4....

    @ op,at the time of my first post what Feared suggested was not an option,things have since changed.

    @ an1n1m1ty,please point out where I said the rep system isn't flawed? I actually do think there's some issues with it that need fixing.
