Needs works reputation flawed

i don't play many games to be completely honest but I am aware I'm getting reported almost every time I play. So when I finally do try to play with my friends I can't anymore. I have been with Xbox for quite a few years and I love it. Hopefully you guys
could help me. This really is terrible.

Flawed reputation system "Needs work"

I have been falsely accused of Unsportsmanlike behavior & cheating after playing a match on the game Tom Clancy's: Rainbow Six Siege and got told off for not playing the game properly because i ran outside the door and killed
this guy. He messaged me saying he reported me and he got his friend's to report me for Cheating & Unsportsmanlike Behavior because of a simple normal kills that anyone would get killed by, but he decided it wasn't good that he died and now
i have been given a Black Badge saying "Need's work" on my profile and i feel like i have been falsely accused of cheating and not playing fairly and i have been punished for something that is allowed in the game. a lot of my friends have
been victim to the same deal but worse and cant get rid of the "avoid me" status on their profile.

Yes it's a dumb thing to have implemented. There are so many toxic players on Xbox live, many people including myself have bad rep from bad losers.

The minute my profile turns to "Avoid Me". I'll be avoiding Microsoft.
