    This has been going on for months . My account wont make deposit because it needs updating .

    What needs updating !!!! .Everything is correct .Support chat checked it and its all correct ?????.

    I have not been receiving points for missions either .

    Can some one sort it out .

    Xbox live member for over 10 years and generally things are great .

    it says I need to update my details to be able to get my rewards deposited but they are up to date? Please help I've been trying for ages now?!

    Account needs updating?

    Hello dreday84,

    It looks like when we attempted to deposit into your account, you had recently purchased using a different regional currency. Therefore, when we attempted to deposit the regional currency associated with your Rewards Account into your Microsoft Account,
    it raised an error since your Microsoft Account was still configured to an alternate regional currency. I see now that you are back to using the regional currency associated with your Rewards Account, which should allow your next deposit to complete successfully.
    Please keep in mind that using multiple regional currencies can cause these deposit errors to occur, which is why we only track and reward one regional currency.

    Hello Funky Chipster,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Irish Rewards Account region and your British Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will
    not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. Also, since your Rewards Account is Irish, it is only
    tracking purchases in Euro. Purchases in a different regional currency will not be eligible for Rewards.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
    after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Hello Parris,

    Sorry for the issue with the update. For all in the insider program, there are issues with the latest build update. Its best to go to the insider forum and post there.
    As that forum is where there will be fixes posted. Also there is a service alert for core services which can cause many issues. You can follow the service alert
