Needing to replace my control

Hello! If you're looking for a decently priced new controller (Nothing special), I recommend using Amazon to find a replacement (They're currently out of stock of their normal controllers, but prices in past experiences had it priced around $45), or you
can buy from Microsoft's own site

My day 1 controller needed to be replaced about 2 months ago. It's the only controller I've ever needed to replace.

Sounds like the controller is failing and will need to be replaced. You should not be smelling like that. My suggestions would be to replace the controller.

Robert: My Titanfall Limited Edition Xbox One Controller has a analog stick drift problem on the left analog stick. So when the stick is centered in the middle aka my hand is not even on it. In the game it moves my character forward or in a fighting game
my character jumps when I dont want him to.

Robert: So I tired to get online to do a replacement/repair, but it wouldnt take my serial number that is under the battery door compartment. Other people have had this issue as well. That is why I am chattting with you today. So i can send this controller
in for repair.

Robert: It cant be a replacement cause I dont think they make the Titanfall Limited Edition Controllers anymore.

Robert: Well this is a Titanfall Limited Edition Controller purchased seperately from my console.

Robert: That was why I couldn't do all of this over the internet.

Robert: No it was bought seperately.

Robert: It is an officially Xbox One Licensed Controller just with Titanfall art on the shell of the controloler..

Ismael: I check for this limited edition, what I found out we don't any limited controllers available in our end as well.

Robert: So I am wondering. Can I send it in somewhere for a repair.

Robert: I mean it uses the same parts as a normal controller, but just has the outer shell that is different. Instead of being an all black controller it has Titanfall logoes and artwork on it.

Ismael: The controller is also out of warranty it will charge you if we send it for repair and we cant replace with same type of controller it will become the standard controller.

Robert: So if I send this controller in for repair and you charge me for the controller will I get my same Titanfall Controller back?

Ismael: Yes that is correct.

Robert: Okay

Robert: How much will the repair be.

Ismael: The best solution is to get a new one form the store instead.

Ismael: You can check in our website it is much cheaper from our website.

Robert: How much will the repair bed?

Robert: This controller is limited edition it goes for $100 on eBay

Ismael: Form us in our tools is a bit higher.

Ismael: We will replace the controller by the standard edition.

Ismael: We will not repair the controller we will replace it by the standard one.

Well I talked to Ismael over the chat line. No help at all. What an idiot! He says if they repair my controller they would send me a standard controller back! So stupid!
