    this has likely been an issue that has been answered before or has a simple solution that i'm just not seeing, but i recently downloaded the xbox app and i am expectedly having an issue with it. the main menu, to be precise. so, i logged into my account
    and attempted at connecting my xbox one console to my xbox app. after reading around online to make sure, you apparently need to visit the "console" portion of the main menu in order to do so - though, the entirety of options in the main menu are greyed out
    for me, excluding the "welcome" section. i went through and completed some of the tasks in the "welcome" section to assure it wasn't greying them out because i hadn't finished getting my account together, but the main menu kept the way it was. i can't access
    anything from the main menu aside from the "welcome" section, pretty much.

    what do i need to do in order to access the greyed buttons?

    Xbox Live Auth Manager - 14.14.16008.00000

    Having the same issue with both Xbox and Xbox (beta) apps. Humorously, the old Smartglass app works. The command prompt commands fixed it. There seems to be an issue needing addressed with this.

    Could be an update bug. It happens. Did you ever get it working? If not, file a bug report in the google play store!

    Hey there Azko64,

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. This particular issue sounds like a connection issue, this can be remedied by powering down your device, unplug the router for five full minutes, and attempt to reconnect. Logging out of the app is helpful
    as well. Depending if you're using the mobile app or the PC app, we have a few other steps. Let us know if the steps we suggested are helpful and if not, let us know which platform you're attempting to access these features. Thank you.
