    cant use xbox beta app

    have you tried running the app as administrator. this is done by opening your start menu and scrolling for the xbox beta app, rightclick it and and click more then you will see "Run as administrator".

    last of all try opening the app from my documents as a administrator

    Hi there,

    as far as I understand, the xbox live account wasn't sold, but the console was.

    But like the others have said, a gamerscore reset is permanent in case of cheating.

    An account is your own responsibility even if someone else is using it.

    Personally I would start all over with a newly created account
