Needing Access to Preview Program Forum LOOKED OUT!!!!!

No support for preview program because group is still not found and no reply from moderators either been 5 days and nothing. Are they even out there just wondering????

I've been in the preview program almost from the beginning and i dont have access to the xbox one preview feedback forums. Looked at the FAQ but I dont use twitter..lol. If a mod or somebody could help me out and lemme see them forums, that would be great.

Hi MUG CYBER DEMON,

There have been a lot of posts requesting this over the past week. I would assume due to the high volume the mods may be running a bit behind. Try not to bump this thread as they usually work from older questions to newer. One will come across this thread
and give you access though. Just wait a day or so before bumping.

Hi there,

All issues with the preview program will need to be posted in the private preview program forums. Since you cannot access them, you will now need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to those forums.

As a side note, when you say "booting into the preview dash", it isn't meant to look different from the normal dash.

See if you have access to the Preview Program Support forums. If not, hang tight and wait for an Xbox Support member to verify your program status and then they should be able to grant you access to the forums if you don't already have access.
Since this is a preview program related issue, the team there will need to help you out with the problem.
