    I have the original xbox one. I am thinking about upgrading. Games are laggy like gta online, red dead and other heavy games. Is it going to help with the frames with an upgrade? My TV is also old , are the games laggy because of the tv?(1080p 60hz)

    just be careful playing the multiplayer on the old titles, it's full of hackers.

    All the specialization codes have been emailed out and Microsoft has been adamant that they will not resend it; but they were also sent by private message. Please check both emails as well as the private messages for each account.

    I'd also suggest going to xbox.com and sign in there to confirm the gamertag (which appears after signing in, at top right in orange) matches your Microsoft Account addresse.
