Need Xbox One Device Support

Three months ago I was having a problem with my original Xbox One (all wireless controllers would not keep connection unless wired). It was out warranty so I made a service order and paid for the exchange for another console. Ever since the new one was sent
it had always turned off randomly. At first it only happened occasionally but has since increased in frequency. Now it will randomly turn off after a few minutes of playing a game, watching a video or even if it sits idle right after being turned on.

I went through the virtual agent and the troubleshooting guides and nothing helped. When I went to put another service order through it wants me to pay another $200 for another exchange.

I would like to know if I am going to have to pay again for something that was supposed to be fixed three months ago but was just exchanged for a product with another problem. I tried to find a way to send a message directly to Microsoft support to speak
about this but after I clicked no thanks to the virtual agent > warranty & service it only gave me the option to post here or "message with an xbox gamer."

My question is: is there a way to send a message directly to someone at Microsoft support to talk about this?

Stream video from PC to XB1?

There is already DLNA support, it just doesn't support browsing the media usin the xbox one, you have to push it to the console using another device.

Xbox One Gets Keyboard & PS4 Controller Support With USB Device (UPDATED)

Those eager for a way to interact with their Xbox One using something other than gestures, voice control, and the Xbox One controller will soon be in luck, thanks to a third party device which now enables different input devices to be used on the system. This new functionality is offered as part of the CronusMax, a third-party USB device that was previously known for enabling Xbox 360 controller support on PlayStation 3, DualShock 3 support on Xbox 360, and keyboard and mouse support on both 360 and PS3, among other things.

The latest update for CronusMax features what's described as "full Xbox One support." What this means is a wide variety of input devices are now compatible with Xbox One, including keyboard and mouse, the Wii Remote, DualShock 3, DualShock 4, and the Xbox 360 controller. Well if this works then I will be very tempted and intrigued. Can't say I'll be using a PS4 controller on my XB1 (I should hopefully have a PS4 for that soon enough), but the Mouse/Keyboard function would be great. Maybe this will go the other way as well so that I can use my Xbox controller on everything including my future PS4. One can always hope.

I'm sorry to hear that there are issues persisting. After repair or replacement, that was made out of warranty your Microsoft Product will be covered for 90 days after Microsoft ships it to you.

In this case I would suggest to try to get in contact with Live support that way they can look over this with you.

no thanks, pick the category
(Games) and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

That device does not seem to be on the list of supported steering wheels, so it most likely will not work since it will need proper support such as drives on the xbox one.

Unfortunately the Xbox One currently doesn't support streaming from a Zune or other USB devices at this time.

To play media from your PC to Xbox One:

Make sure you have downloaded the Xbox Video app for your Xbox One. Once download complete, make you to open the app too.

Then load Windows Media Player (11 or higher) on your PC, find the movie (may work with music too) you want to play, right click on the movie/music and select "Play to"->Xbox video.

That worked partially, I was able to enable sharing with my console but I don't see any option to play my music to my One, and I do have media player 11.. I even went into the file location and the only options I get for the songs are to play with the media
player or to open them with the various music software I have on my computer.
