    Need Xbox Live Gold for Fortnite.


    I bought my daugther a xbox for christmas. Biggest mistake of my life. If I knew that you needed Xbox Live Gold to play games like Fortnite I would rather have bought a PS4.

    Guess I’ll sell the xbox again and just move back to PS. Very disappointed in Microsoft.

    A subscription to Xbox Live Gold is required for all online multiplayer.

    Without it you can play offline game modes but some games are online only, as Fortnite is.

    You will need to buy a subscription to Xbox Live Gold to play online on Fortnite.
