    Need XBLEPT help.


    So I was communication ban for two weeks. The two weeks are up, got on ready to play. However, while the time of the ban was up the privileges to talk to someone else were still not there.

    I can not talk or hear anyone in game chat. Talk or hear anyone in party chat(though I am able to join). Send or receive messages.

    While infuriating as this is I just want an answer to what is going on. I contacted Xbox Support's phone number and the message that they had was to contact XBLEPT. So would the XBLEPT please contact me.

    I have tried that, I have tried using the account on another xbox, and I have even tried through the Xbox smart glass app. Nothing.

    The steps to follow on that page tells me to submit a case review, however MY TIME IS OVER. I can not submit a case review on something that has passed. So what is there really on the Xbox Enforcement page that I missed, do they have a phone number?

    So tell me this, how am I going to control the privileges taken away from me by the XBLEPT? Right, I can't that's the point so really nothing is on my end. I have been an Xbox customer for years. The account in question has been on Xbox for seven years in
    August. Seven. My main coming on 10. So this is how I am going to be treated? Buh bye ability to speak to anyone, and the only people that can solve the issue no one can contact.

    The only thing you can do if you know the ban time to be up is to power cycle your console to see if it resets back to normal.

    Other then that, nothing can be done on this side. Best steps is to follow any instructions on xbox enforcement page.

    Communication BAN "Ghost Ban" My Suspension for Communications has been up. Yet I'm still MUTED

    The XBLEPT has been adding 3 months to communications suspensions. All accounts will be effected as a way to stop people from bypassing the ban.

    Creating multiple posts about an issue you created does nothing for you.

    You got caught violating the code of conduct you agreed to when you used the Xbox Live Service. And you're ranting in the forums because you don't want to accept the result based on your actions
