Need urgent help please

Okay so Im writing this in discusion even tho I should choose support but when I do they just dont give am [Mod Removed] and nobody would reply.

So I already made a post before about how my games are running like total crap on my xbox one s 500gb but I tought a gaming monitor would solve that. Nah it didnt. I have tried everything, different tvs, gaming monitors, every step to improve performance
but nothing helped. I also have high internet connection but I still believe i am missing something.

I know that a lot of games are locked on 30 fps and I am totally okay with that but my games like AC:Origins just run like complete [Mod Removed]. Bad performance, textures edgy af, huge fps drops when something is happening etc. Also tried neverwinter or
tera - unplayable. PUBG aswell runs like total crap. I cant even play diablo 3 online with people cuz i get a lot of fps drops when people are casting their spells also, fps drops when i come into crowded places with a lot of monstwrs. Witcher drops fps when
i cast igni, textures edgy like on an old pc, for honor also gets fps drops. Doom online lmao i have like 20 fps.

So I am already frustrated and I plan to return the xbox and get my money back or grab a new one but I dont feel very into it after this experience - also zero support from xbox team, nothing.

There's nothing you can dnce your account is started you can't change the age/dob. Your only option is to start a new account with your correct date of birth & apply to be an ambassador with that account in a few months

 

Very strange, maybe you just very sensitive for things like that, dont you think of changing you S model for a X model? S is the modest version so we cant expect much from it.

 

How are the games in single player mode? How do they run? Ones that don't require internet connection?

 

Well the games in offline mode are the mentioned ones AC:Origins and witcher 3.

Doubt its cuz of the S version since when i checked on youtube the gameplays were smooth most of the time.

Well I have an 500 gb version, my first game was AC:Origins and it was already running like that but I tought it was ok since I never had a console before but after watching a few streams and videos it just keeps me wondering why my game is so choppy.

Do you think that using am external hard drive for instance with 1.5 TB could solve this or give me stable fps? I somewhere read that the build in HD is weak thus can cause performance issues - also when it id only 500gb.

Btw. Thanks for interest. I really enjoy playing on console but I want to solve this, it kinda grew into my heart yk the couch gaming.

 

To be honest i hade some video issues with one s. When playing AC origins i saw some color leaking on the bottom of the screen, changed the tv and the problem was still there. One x performed a bit better, probably better equipment. But it's a long shot
with an external hdd. I suggest to borrow one from a friend for testing purposes and try to go with the console at a friend and test it with a different internet connection with all ports opened. Also try a factory reset.

 

Ye but I doubt they will borrow me theirs since it will need reformating. Btw. can the internet speed have any effect on playing single player games? Anyway if it could I doubt thats the case cuz ive got optical internet and my download speed is like 60GB/s.

Internet speed shouldn't have any effect on single player games. have you tried taking your console into offline mode and then seeing if these issues still appear?

Also make sure you close any other games and apps that are not being used.

 

I always turn off the xbox when I go away from it. Then turn it on after i wana play ans no other apps are running.

Ill try the complete offline mode tho. Ill upload a video on youtube on monday and Ill post it here so you might check it by yourself.

I was also commenting the video but then I realised it was only recording the game, w/e.

If you think that theres nothing wrong with it it is okay maybe it´s just im very sensitive to FPS drops as mentioned before, BUT I just dont understand how can I have fps drops in a game like Diablo 3 (even in SP when theres crowded places, also in MP when
players are casting spells), I tought I can run games like that and play online with no low fps :/ It´s kinda strange because I was playing Doom singleplayer and had good FPS most of the time, but when I picked up an power up and there was shi*tons of blood
I was getting low fps aswell. Then I tried multiplayer with bots and I couldn´t hit anything because I had really low fps and it made it felt like I have input lag but I don´t.

Playing offline didn´t change anything with single player, I really doubt thats the internet causing FPS drops in multiplayer games because my download speed is 60 megabytes / second and my NAT Type is Open.

Btw. I tried playing some kind of racing game it was GRID or something like that, I could not play that aswell cuz it did give me low fps :/

My TV is: Samsung LE32B450 -> tried updating its software, also tried playing on a "gaming monitor" sadly, the gaming monitor is 75 hz and xbox can only recognize 60 and 120. Maybe thats the case. Not sure tho.

 

Also when i go to TV and OneGuide and go Video and Audio it says that HDMI is not connected like wut.?
