    Hi this is AJ Boettcher my GT is ROAdhoh15 this morning my wife called me while I was at work and said my account was baned. So I checked my email and I got a message saying the same thing I was very alarmed because I've been apart of xbox live for about
    5 years with no problems at all. I've even started a few Clans on xbox as well and I really enjoy playing with my fellow clan members. Anyways I don't know why I was baned but please help me out I'm sure this was a big misunderstanding you can contact me at

    Account Suspended without warning?Did nothing wrong?

    ok thats not a ban

    what happening is he didn't update his creditcard and he needs to add another creditcard before he is unbaned (can call xbox support or update via the dashboard)

    I would prefer a phone call. Call me anytime on the weekends and after 1700 on weekdays I live in Tacoma WA so Redmond isn't that far away so I can also set up an appointment to see someone is person

    Well a quick look at that account shows many modded achievements, on most of your games, so probably not "a big misunderstanding", just long overdue.

    Nobody will ever ring you from microsoft.

    I was supposed to be unbanned on the 21st of October from communications and I'm still not unbanned I know it's not my mic because I can still use Skype just party chat and game chat don't work my gamer tag is but was banned as XxToxic Haze187 it's
    just my profile I have others and party chat works just fine I've called Microsoft for the past 3 weeks and they keep telling me to post on forums and I'm irritated That im "unbanned" but still can't be in party/game chat you need to fix this and I would like
    some customer compensation. The games I play I need to be able to communicate with other people I'm a competitive gamer and this needs to be fixed

    Doesn't matter how many people report you,could be 1 or 35,for your account to be investigated,you were found to have broken the rules & were suspended as a result.

    As Hass as said,you need to post in the suspension forums via the link he's provided.
