    i hvae 2 xboxs an 4 accounts allaccounts i can use except for my main account i needed to download my profile be4 going out of town for work but now i knt do that wwhen is this error going to be fixed..>????

    My account was banned for life.

    Same here, no explanation and no way to contact them. Microsoft don't care and are the worst for dealing with public and complaints. Get use to it. Either take them to court like some have or just take it on the chin.

    Precisely the fact that as a consumer I have my rights which can be used in a court of law especially Xbox and Microsoft don't want that with the FTC being involved in a dispute over the Activision deal so you can see that in terms of someone like myself wanting to go to take it to court over the security of my account and that someone else breaching my account proves Microsoft and Xbox don't care.
