Need to verify my eligibility

I purchased Quantum Break from Xbox.com on the 4th, and received a billing confirmation the same day that said the purchase date was the 5th, which was obviously not correct. I've still got the email, but I want to find out if I should be expecting the codes
for the windows store version and the pre-order bonuses. I contacted support and they said I needed to contact promotions here. Thanks for your help.

I have been in contact with a xbox support representative to verify my eligibility for an ODST code. I never received an email back in May/June and have been unable to play on an xbox one until recently.

Just to clarify, if your purchase confirmation states that your order went through on the 5th, then unfortunately you will not receive the American Nightmare or Quantum Break Windows 10 pre-order bonus codes. You will receive a code for Alan Wake as well
as the DLC in 7-10 days via Xbox Live message. We are sorry to hear about any inconveniences that this may have caused.

 

Thanks for the response Mister Quimby. I'm not happy that I could use the pre-order link which was the only link available to me and apparently not pre-order the game. It's also been longer than stated for any of the rewards, and I suppose you guys are also
going to tell me there's nothing to be done to correct the issue.

 

Regardless of what support will say, you have options. If you paid via credit or debt card they will have the date of the transaction and since those bonuses were advertised, you did not get all that you paid for and the financial institution will likely
be able to offer you further options. The simple truth of consumer law is that if you clicked the purchase option that was a pre-order with the added content, regardless of when they processed the transaction, you are entitled to all advertised content.

 

You may also want to check the date the email was sent out, some people are reporting that the confirmation email says the purchase was on the 5th when the confirmation email was sent on the 4rth, proving it was a pre-order.

 

I preordered on the 3rd and have not recieved any code what do I do?
