Need to verify Fortnite on xboxlivefamily account

They told you to come HERE? That was a mistake. Forum support has less access than anything except possibly Twitter support. If they couldn't fix it they should have escalated the case. Go back to phone support and try again, ask them to verify that
you're using the correct e-mail, if you are using the correct e-mail and getting the invalid Microsoft Account message then you need to be escalated, demand a supervisor if you have to.

I did that alreay, and they told me the account was not valid. The rep told me to go to the forms and they could help me better than they could. I feel stuck.

Actually Microsoft didn't change the account, that's always been the e-mail for it. Microsoft did make the system so that you could create accounts inside the Family Pack and they would auto-generate non-existent e-mails, that was a bad move, but they didn't
change the account after you set it up.

What you'll need to do is contact support and have them verify whether or not the Microsoft Account works on their end, if it doesn't then they'll need to fix it, if it does then they can help you figure out why you can't do anything with it.

Great idea! I haven’t mostly been attempting to sign in using the parent account, which will then give you the option to download the child profile. That is when I get the error codes.

I will reset the child password for the random xboxlivefamily email addresses I found and try to download it using those accounts. Really quick question though: Will resetting the xboxlivefamily email password alter the parent/child relationship or further break our ability to download the child account using the parent’s account’s login info?
