Need to use my Xbox one console online

I rested my console and it asked me to add an account to play game with physical disk but it also not letting me connect to internet as my Xbox one is console banned

Need to Use my Xbox one banned Console Offline

HI

After a chat session I was told to reset my console to factory settings to troubleshoot a connection issue, now we found that the console is

actually banned and I cant finish the initial set up thus I cant even use it offline.

I understand its my right to use the console offline but MS is not letting me complete the initial set up so in the end I cant actually use the

console, I need some help with this issue.

What do I need to play xbox one

Hi,

I currently play xbox 360 on my non-HD tv and im thinking of buying an xbox one but will I need to use a HDTV, and to play online will I need to directly to connect my xbox one to my modem or can I use wireless???

Hey there FallBobcat43611,

If your console is not permitted to connect to Xbox Live via Console Suspension, you won't be able to add a profile to the console. It sounds like you may have performed a factory reset, which will remove all profiles according to the notifications when
you reset it. Since the console is not allowed to connect to the network, you'll have difficulties in creating a profile or playing any games unfortunately.

You also need to both using the same type of console as Xbox 360 can not play online with Xbox One.

My son primarily uses his console and I use the other one. Can gold be used on both consoles under this same account or does each console need a gold account for online pay?

It possable to have it on two XBOX ONE's. But you need to have your profile on both console's. One as you home console. And one as friend's console. The home console get offline/online permission. And the friend's console get's online only permission. So
on the other console. You need to be online to played the game. While the home console. You do not need to be online to played the game. Unless the game itself required you to be online.

If you are using the accounts on the 360, then to play online you will need a Gold subscription for each account.

On Xbox One you will only need one Gold account on that console for all accounts to be able to play online. However you can only have one console nominated for Home Gold per account. So if you have a second Xbox One, you'd need a second Gold account.

Home Gold is not an option on the Xbox 360.
