    if you need help with anything on xbox i willing to help

    Be sure to sign up for the ambassador program if you have not already. You will be able to use the ambassador chat to talk to and help those who need it. The ambassador program is the best way to assist people on Xbox live.

    Other than that, just lok around the forums and answer some people questions.

    Reports are looking into and if the reported was invalid, nothing will happen.

    You were misinformed by support. Ambassadors are only gamers like yourself and cannot help with enforcement issues.

    If you were reported and have done nothing wrong you have nothing worry about as the PET investigate all claims prior to laying an enforcement action on an account.

    If you have been given an enforcement be sure to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason and duration as well as open a case review with the PET if eligible.
