    account got stolen and hacked and is now banned.

    you need to call support for an unauthorized access case

    anything that happened outside your control only the unauthorized access team can talk to the xbl pet team about that

    Four months ago? That's awhile ago, it's too late unfortunately. And if it is permanently suspended, then the XBL PET cannot unban it, you need to talk to them though in the Suspension forum.

    Well, DeaconMVP isn't an Enforcement Agent aka XBL PET. The Moderators aren't paid employees. They're volunteers. PET are paid employees.

    To be a PET, you need to live in or around Redmond WA.

    File a report on them through your console. Naming and shaming is not allowed and the only place the PET view on the forum are sections 14 and 15 of the support boards
