    Need to talk to a real person over the phone


    I need immediate help talking to a real customer service agent in Australia, no A.I or chat bots. Your password recovery system isn’t working properly, I enter the right last four digits of my phone number but a message appears saying this method is currently not working, so I try the email recovery and answer all the detailed questions correctly but get no reply from Microsoft, I have tried your live chat but it closes the chat on me with one person in the queue ahead of me every time (I have screenshots to prove all this).

    I have tried every way possible to resolve my problem for months now and now I cannot access my email through my iPhone now either. This whole process and is confusing, frustrating and unusable for someone like myself with brain damage and I feel the trouble I have trying to access simple customer service and talk to a real person over the phone because your online services are not working properly is unacceptable and discriminates against someone like myself with a disability.

    Legal action will be taken against Microsoft if they don’t provide adequate customer support to help rectify this issue as I now have important emails I need to access immediately and Microsoft has been failing to provide me with adequate venues of contact and customer support in Australia for months now (being the inability to contact a real person over the phone or the failure of their online support to contact myself or provide a working platform to unblock my account.)
