Turns out I already had an EA account linked to my tag. I used the im system and the guy told me I already had my account from when I played need for speed.

are you sure it stated ea subscription or did it state and ea account, if ea account that is normal as its an ea game and al ea games need an ea account to play online or off most of the time.

When trying to add the App on my computer, there was a "made up" gamertag given to me by Xbox Live. This tag is not the same tag that is actually on the Xbox... How do I take off the account active online and associate the real gamertag with my online account?
