    Like my title says, I've had this issue for 7 months now. I've tried to follow the guidelines for reputation increasing on the enforcement page to no avail. My reputation went from great to Avoid me in 2-3 days in November, for what I believe is a string
    of reports for picking "weak" characters in the game Overwatch. Is there any way I can speak to enforcement? This will be the second post I am making without hearing from the enforcement team, along with countless live chats and phone calls. It takes over
    an hour in queue to get into a game now and I can't play an account I've sunk near a thousand dollars in.

    Need Help if at all possible.

    okay so I bought quantum break as a pre order i got the redeem code for the pc version i redeemed it but i cannot remember for the life of me what email i redeemed it to i been using the same email ever since i had my xbox one, when i try to put the code
    in again it says it was redeemed.

    My question is, is it possible to figure out when account it was redeemed under or to get it to switch to my current one?

    I still have the email that gave me the code and everything in my messages.

    If she has already reported the incident through the reporting feature, that is all that can be done on this front. Block/report is all you need to respond with. Continue to report any suspicious activity and let the enforcement team handle it.

    You mentioned she was streamer, and if she uses streaming as a business you might want to consider the bullet below:

    • If she is suffering reputation damage as a result (defamation) and/or the impersonator is actually benefiting by committing fraud in her image then she could speak with a lawyer/police about the possibility of pressing charges. Bring as much evidence as
      possible when you speak with one though because this isn't a "cheap" route to go.
