Need to speak with enforcement customer service

i recently have been harrassed on xbox by somebody i used to play with and they got mad and jelous i was not playin with then but my real friends and was coming in my party and what not and talking ish to my buddys so i blocked him
and his brother after they were tryin to start fights .i know from him tellin me he reports ppl if they piss him off so i wake up to enforcement changed my gamertag ive had for years now that has no profanity or any swares or anything remotely bad i paid 10
bucks to change my name to what it was also not to have some punk lie and say it offended him when it didnt he knew what he was doing and reported me out of hate and jelousy ..i called xbox and they said to post to forum i just need to talk to a agent or rep
this is ridiculous ive had this gamertag for yearssss it was nothing bad ive seen horrible gamertags mine was harmless im sick thst xbox dosnt talk to the person first i need to get my gamer tag back i paid money to have it if not i want a free change this
is ridiculous when i was the one vring harrased
