    My gamertag was [Mod Removed] and I paid $10 to have it set that way, and as of approximately 3:53 pm today, my GT was taken away from me without any justification or warning, and changed to . I have been told that this decision
    cannot be reversed, and that I will not be reimbursed. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am a 23 year old, disabled Marine Corps veteran, who is paying you for a service. My GT did not violate your community guidelines for almost a year, and now suddenly
    it does. I submitted an appeal for your decision, and am currently waiting on that. I either want my gamertag back, or want to be reimbursed so that I can get my gamertag changed, yet again. I also want an exact reason for my GT suddenly going against your
    guidelines and why it was taken down without warning, not just a "It contained profanity, sexual references, etc" because it didn't.

    Permanent Ban

    My 13 year old son got a permanent ban with no warning and no previous history of any violations. He has had his live account for nearly 7years without a problem. I have appealed and the enforcement team have withheld the decision. All that I know is that
    he had been accused of account theft, phishing or solicitation....which i have no idea!! I know nothing more and my son assures me he does not know how or why? Could his account have been hacked? Would the enforcement team look into this? Being unable to
    speak to anyone about this seems so unfair and is extremly fustrating. My son and I want to fully understand what actually has happened but it seems we will never know as no detail is given by the enforcement team - again how is this fair treatment to customers
    who have spent hundreds of pounds over the years. Cancelling someone’s account without prior warning seems very harsh, unjust and also not providing the the facility to speak to someone about it....well words fail me!!

    I need to speak to the enforcement team

    Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team however not all suspensions are eligible for a review.

    If you have already submitted a case review to the enforcement team you have done all you can. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    If you were asked to speak to enforcement about any action taken on your Gamertag then you will need to post in the Enforcement forums no one outside of that team will be able to talk to you about any Enforcement taken on your account.

    Complaints don't automatically result in action being taken against an account. The enforcement team investigate all complaints and determine if violations have occurred. Without knowing what your gamertag was, we can only assume that it was indeed found
    inappropriate by the enforcement team and that is why you have received a forced gamertag change. You will have to pay to change it to something else and be warned that if you continue to use a name similar to the one that was found offensive you risk getting
    a permanent ban.
