    Hello! I need help with Forza Horizon 3. The game is missing from my library, and I'd like it back. The Microsoft service could not help me, and was advised to contact here. I have a Bank statement on the purchase of the game.

    downloaded game doesn't appear in my game list

    Alice: Madness Returns is not available for download in the marketplace. If you're referring to the original Alice then it is available as a game add-on to Madness Returns which is why it doesn't show up as a separate game. You need Madness Returns in order
    to play it.

    Be sure to use the same account used for the purchase. Check in the
    order history     if the game has been correctly purchased.

    If everything is right, try to search the game in the "Ready to Install" section of the console or search it on the Store to install it again.

    The problem is that there is nothing in the order history. But the game was bought in February. I played it for a week, but then it stopped running. I did a Windows recovery, went into my account to install the game but couldn't do it. I offer to re-buy
    the game. The game is not in the library or in the history of the order.
