Need to reset the 3-times-a-year counter for DMR transfer

Hi, I recently bought an Xbox One Elite Bundle after selling my Day One bundle, and I was sharing my account into a friend of mine's console. He bought a new one too, so after a few trying, the system told me I can change my home console only 3 times in
a year. Can I have that counter reset? I need to share my console with him and vice versa. Is there any way to do it? I mean, a way the support guys can do it?

It's actually a Battle Rifle/DMR hybrid counter part. It fire's once but actually shoots 3 (ammo) at the same time it fires.

You home transfer is based on your account, not the Xbox.

This is a rolling year, so it would only count back 3 from the current year, so if you changed it in jab 2016 for the first time and then two more times in 2016, the next time you could change it is Jan 2017.

The rule is there to stop people exploiting the gamesharing feature

 

"Hi, Support... yea, me and my friend are cheapa**es who don't want to pay and support the hobby we love.. so... could you give us a couple more options to share our consoles? Kthxbye!"

 

You may just have to accept the fact that you have reached your limit for the year and wait until the time has expired. The easiest thing to prevent this from happening is for both you and your friend to buy the games that you want to play.
