Need to reset password

I tried several of the combos. I was hoping posting the system info would help. I'll try calling support again tomorrow. The wait was 45min earlier today and the chat timed out because of taking to long.

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

Be sure that the region/country in the bottom left corner is the country you are in.

Yeah if you have no way of finding the family passcode, the only way to reset it is by calling in support. All of like the first 6 buttons you press are the same for everyone, but the last 4 buttons are determined by your serial number. Only a support agent
can find the correct sequence for your xbox.
