    Hello,

    Unfortunately, if you are getting a disc unreadable error and you have tried the solution steps in the disc drive solution guide located
    here then you would need to send your console in for repair by visiting the Microsoft Repair site
    here. This issue usually happens when there is a problem with your disc drive's laser which is actually what reads the discs you put into the drive. If the XBOX 360 cannot read the disc
    it will throw up a disc unreadable error. There is unfortunately no way around this and the console would need to be sent to a certified repair center to have the disc drive repaired or replaced.

    Hi Lucky Striker 2, If your Xbox is still in warranty you can fill out a request for repair and have it repaired free of charge because it sounds like the disc drive is faulty that is causing this issue. However you can try this Disc Drive Solution Guide
    to see if it needs to be sent in for repair.
