NEED TO RECOVER EMAIL

Hi everyone,

I am starting to lose my patience right now. I did a factory reset on my Xbox One and my profile was deleted from my Xbox. This profile has all of my Gamerscore and Xbox live and other essentials that I need to play my Xbox. Unfortunately, about 2 or 3 years
ago, I had a hacker make unknown purchases on my account. I called Xbox support and they were able to fix it, but by creating a new email for my Microsoft account. The email was a random email that I can not remember by memory because it was always automatically
signed in on my Xbox. I did the email recovery form, trying to recover this email by using my phone number, which is linked to the account and another email. Once it was verified, they verified the wrong email. I need one specific email that is associated
with my phone number and I can go from there. ALL I NEED IS MY EMAIL!!!

i think in order to get this issue resolved you would need to speak to microsoft directly.

No that is enough to recover anything.

You need to call support and tell them what email you have attached to the GT then go about recovering the account thru that email.

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.
