Need to purchase Minecraft Bedrock Edition despite already owning it.

I purchased Minecraft Java Edtion in 2014. I claimed the Windows 10 Bedrock Edition for free when free codes were given to those who owned Java Edition.

I have played Windows 10 Bedrock Edition previously on my old laptop and had no issues whatsoever. I even have numerous achievements for the game. However, when attempting to play on my new PC, the Microsoft store says I do not own the game and have to purchase it. I have the same associated email for my Minecraft Java account, Minecraft Bedrock account and Windows 10 login.

Upon checking my billing history for my Microsoft account, there is nothing to do with Minecraft. I have recently migrated my Mojang account to a Microsoft account but I did not check before whether I could play Bedrock Edition prior to doing so.

I have attempted to log in to Bedrock Edition on my old laptop, of which I transferred the Windows License Key to my new PC, and I have the same issue with supposedly not owning the game.

I am trying to recover access to my Bedrock Edition Minecraft account.

Hi Ricardo,

I no longer have access to the email that was used for this. Is there any other way of attaining the code? Perhaps with the original Java code being used to identify the Bedrock code?

Edit: I have found the old email but it says there is nothing that has been redeemed since all purchase history.

Yes, that means was on a different email like I explained, and you need to find that account

When you redeemed the code this was added to the email you used to redeem, if this doesn't appear in the order history of this email means that wasn't in this email, it's necessary to use the email that redeemed the code to play the game, the account migration doesn't affect this.

I have checked once again and there is nothing there whatsoever, so unless I redeemed it on an entirely different email then I do not know. I am just confused as a year ago today I had played Bedrock edition and everything functioned as normal.

Purchase history doesn't get deleted, if you can't see that code redeemed that's not the correct account

Once the code it's used in one account that code won't on any other account, only the account that redeemed the code will be able to access that content
