I’m afraid this is not possible. Each Microsoft/Xbox account requires their own email. There is no way to have two Xbox accounts under one email.

To be sure we understand, are you trying to change the email attached to your current Xbox and Microsoft account?

You should be able to add or
change an email alias as long as it is not attached to another Xbox/Microsoft account.

Keep in mind that Xbox accounts and Microsoft accounts are one and the same and you do not need an account for both.

The parental email is not necessarily the same as the billing/contact email. If you are on the console and go into the privacy settings on your son's account, make a change then save and exit. It will show you the parental email attached to the account.
If all you need is the email, you might not want to bother going through with the privacy change.

This is possible, but there will be extra steps involved since both emails have a gamertag attached to them already. In order to have your gamertag1 attached to your email2, you will need to disassociate email2 from gamertag2. You will need to log into Gamertag2
at account.microsoft.com.

After that, add an email to this account, following this link :
How to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account. The email you add will need to
not be associated to any other Microsoft account. This email will take the place of Email2. After you have added the new email, and made it the primary email to Gamertag2, you can remove Email 2 from this account completely.

And we are almost done! Now you can log back into
account.microsoft.com with the credentials from Gamertag1. Add email2 to this account and make it the primary.

You need a separate Microsoft account to make the offline profile into a live profile.

The one you made on the website has it's own gamertag attached already.

You need to make an account without a gamertag and use it to join live with the offline account.

I understand the frustration. many have made this same mistake, not realizing how the whole system works.

I recommend using a secondary email you don't use much to make another MS account, careful to not have it generate a gamertag. Then shunt your website created gamertag onto that account, thus freeing up the email/microsoft account you want to use for the
gamertag you want to use.
