Need to know when a code was redeemed

Hi,

I recently bought 3 years xbl gold from cdkeys.com, 2 of these codes redeemed successfully, the third says it has already been redeemed. The issue is, when I go back to cdkeys I have no evidence it wasn't me that redeemed the code.

I contacted @XboxSupport on twitter and they advised using the contact us form, I messaged an expert first and they advised using the Request a Code form. Even when I explained I was not requesting a code, I just want to know when it was redeemed to prove
to cdkeys it's before I bought it - The reauest a code form comes back with the same stock answer -At this time, we advise that you return this code with your proof of purchase back to the retailer, so they can fix this for you.

I have had this response 3 times, I am pulling my hair out here, I just need an email or something telling me when the code was redeemed!!

I got my eon code when i purchased my Xbox One S but when i was redeeming it it says code arleady redeemed please i need help i think i need a new code cuz this not working or its redeemed

Regarding pre-paid codes, there is a distinct difference between activated codes and redeemed codes. You will need to verify whether or not the source for these codes is reliable. If you are still getting error messages when attempting to enter and redeem
the codes, you will need to contact over the phone to determine whether the codes are activated or redeemed.
