Need to install update

Try this:

Start the game

Wait until the game demo starts (showing the gameplay)

Look on the bottom right corner until you see the message update available

Hit B to back out to the main menu in game

Update should start to install

Hi, that's usually what happens when you download an update. Most of the time updates install over the files that need updating. It's not like the xbox 360 where an update is installed and adds to the file size. With Xbox One games, updates are installed
over files that are needed to be updated. hence why the file size has not changed.

I see. Please also check if the controller has a pending firmware update that needs to be installed.

Open the Xbox Accessories app. You should see an option "Update required" if an update is needed to be installed.

I had the same issue. You need to update your windows. Go to your windows update panel, click check for updates and then install what comes up. I needed to install two separate updates.

Supposedly the update won't install on the 4GB flash drive it has. It needs a proper hard drive to install the update.
