Best read the Terms of Use/Code of Conduct you agreed to when starting your account.

You forfeit all digital content,remaining live time etc. if your account gets banned.

 

At least you let people see why you got banned in the first place. Most just come in here and deny it, but you brave one let it all hang out. Trump would be proud. Maybe you should tweet Xbox.

I must say though that someone smart enough to be SUIN MICROSOFT would probably know how to spell or use the shift key or punctuation or know that making threats always helps get their account back <---sarcasm...

 

Section 4(a)(iv)(2) of the
Microsoft Services Agreement is what you agreed to upon account signup (and through continuing usage of their services as revisions were placed). I hope you people are reading this stuff. That big wall of words is basically every company's
way of saying "You agree to not sue me".

Digital purchases are a hefty investment, given the stakes, but I guess that didn't stop you from doing
whatever you did.

By all means, take your case to Supreme Court. It will make for great entertainment value at either end's expense.
