  1. Need to get ahold of enforcement


    I had recently just been banned for communications and the suspension is supposed to be until the 9th of September. However when I try to play a game online I suddenly cannot do that. Nowhere in the case review or details does it say that I am unable to
    now play multiplayer online. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?

    Also, man you need to learn to read. My post clearly says both I and the techs couldnt find anything on their page to deal with this. If your so prepared to gallop in here and talk down to people on behalf of Microsoft, maybe YOU can find something on their
    page?

    It will depend on the type of suspension you receive. Just because the ban was because of communications does not always mean that you received a communications only suspension. You could have receive a suspension from all xbox live functions, but with
    out seeing the message you were sent I could not say what it is positively. If it is truly a communications only suspension, there is a little catch I learned about the other day from xbox support that if the game requires communications to play a communications
    ban will prevent you from playing that game.

    Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will
    appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.

    Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called
    "Review" next to the current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

    Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding
    the Enforcement team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.

    Alright, so BIG revelation just happened. I found out there are MANY other posts on here about the same thing AND that a couple of you have actually commented in these sections, making me really doubt your credibility if you can sit here and nonchalantly
    condesend my concerns regarding this being an issue, even after you've seen cases of this pop up multiple times. I hope for your sake this doesn't happen to you...
    if it's pops up multiple times maybe they should use common sense and slive.life and play fair 99.99% of live can follow the rules.why can't you?
