Need to fix headphone jacks on controllers

Every controller I get, the headphone jack gets wobbly and disconnected from the actual thing, so whenever I touch it, the sound goes to one side or just cuts off. I know it's not the headphones because it works on my phone and on other newer controllers.
If you look online you'll see many other people with faulty jacks. Please just make the jacks work and not break after 4 months, it's probably a tactic to make more money but I hope not.

If your headphones have a 3.5 mm jack and your controller supports it then simply plug the headphones into the hole in the front of the controller. If the controller does not have the jack then you'll need to purchase a headphone adapter for the controller.

Could be some faulty controllers, I’ve owned 4 controllers over the past 3 years and have had zero issues in relation to the headphone jack or adapter input socket.
