Please keep in mind, this is a community page. We are NOT Microsoft agents. We are users like you.

You can find all your payments and subscriptions here: [account.microsoft.com/billing/orders] and here: [https://account.microsoft.com/services/]

You can cancel payments and request a refund if elligble.

If you cannot find them then you may be having issues with a compromised card. I would talk to your bank about this to prevent fraud.

You can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

You can view your ban and the reason at
enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums.
