Need to contact Xbox, finding it impossible.

I bought a digital copy of Cyberpunk 2077 for Xbox, as you may know, it didn't work well. I also have a PC and decided to try it on PC instead because I saw CDPR was offering refunds. I requested a refund before Xbox said they were offering refunds so of
course it was declined. This means that even though they said they were offering refunds, the option for me to request a refund is greyed out because it has already been declined. I want to contact Xbox to remedy this issue but that seems absolutely impossible,
it is like there is a wall around real people that can help solve issues. I'm sure a lot of that is due to the pandemic and I'm sure it can be difficult to handle such a large volume of people needing help.

However, I am stuck without help myself, if someone knows how to actually contact them or someone that sees this is some sort of an ambassador I would gladly appreciate advice on what to do next.

You would need to reply to the email you received denying your refund request to contact the refund specialists.

If you cannot contact Microsoft through Contact us | Xbox Support you can try to do so through the sales chat support. Go to this page: Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10. At the bottom right-hand corner, you should see "Questions? Talk to an Expert" Choose that and you can engage support through the virtual agent.
