Need to contact Support - impossible to do

Hi,

I am in a position where I am attempting to contact Microsoft regarding my extended warranty not showing on a recently replaced Elite 2 controller. I am unable to do this, as when I navigate the maze and get to the section where I input my phone number, it refuses to accept my number. There is no other way for me to contact support by any other means. I remember having this issue last year when trying to contact microsoft, I was in a position to use my work landline and all was good, I only have access to mobile phone numbers in the UK now, none of which will work. How can I contact Microsoft?

If you cannot contact Microsoft through Contact us | Xbox Support you can try to do so through the sales chat support. Go to this page: Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10. At the bottom right-hand corner, you should see "Questions? Talk to an Expert" Choose that and you can engage support through the virtual agent.

I have this same problem, only with minecraft. I finally just got on the phone with someone then they hung up on me.

I've been overbilled on a recurring charge 4x what it should be, not to mention it reads as expired on minecraft at least six months.

This is just an unacceptable situation. one of the largest companies in america? we overbilled you? thats cool just pay it plebian.

Try going to http://account.live.com and make sure your information is filled in correct. That should auto-fill the fields.

If that doesn't work, you'll want to try contacting phone support. Are you in France?
