Thanks for your patience. To verify, have you tested this issue out with other games? I know you indicated Minecraft in particular but have you verified other games?

Additionally, have you been able to launch other games using a different Microsoft Account on the same device to see if the issue is limited to just your account, or all accounts on that hardware?
