I want to change all the access information to XBox360 . Wife set up initial account but now divorced so no clue what password is. Is there a way to do this? willing to start over if necessary. Much appreciation in advance.

Hey all!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with setting up a call back. To clear this up you'll need to head on over to
account.microsoft.com and make sure all of your personal information is filled out correctly there. Once that's all set up you should be able to access chat and request a call back.

eg - his brother would not need his account information at all. that console license allows all accounts on that console to access the content without needing the purchasing account signed in.

Sound like an unauthorized access claim is the only way to get your account back. however, I'm not sure if you will get a positive result. It sounds like you have given your account information to another player, which is against the TOU. It also sounds
like you had allowed the other player to do a license transfer to cheat Microsoft and her partners from that player purchasing DLC, which is also against the TOU. Although giving out your credentials is only stupid, not a bannable offence, allowing other
people to use your DLC through the use of a license transfer is a bannable offense. All I can say is good luck.
