Need to check if xbox one is stolen or no I have the SN

@Psychogerti - Please contact your local police service and give them the SN number to see if it's in their system.

@Jogador00971637 - You do not have the same issue as the OP. If your console was sent in for repair but was not yet returned to you then you will need to continue dealing with phone support as only they can help you.

I have the sale problem! I send m'y Xbox one to fix or change(the product comes with defect on laser reader) and after one month, the Microsoft in Brasil didn't give a real feedback! Where is my Xbox one? This is really frustrated to me. I am really disappointed

I called Microsoft support they said it's not banned or has any restrictions on it , but I will still go or contact police with serial number just incase thank you

I'm trying to check if I bought some bootleg too and I'm somehow doubting that either of yours is genuine... I somehow have the same SN 927958524321 and wonder if the point of a SN is to be a unique number for checking when where and by whom a product was assembled... having the same SN to me makes no sense... Also this photo of a person asking for genuity on another thread shows a different SN...
So is this SN 927958524321 proof for a fake wireless adapter?

where did you order it from? i think some places track serial numbers. you should be able to get it flagged as stolen so when someone tries to use it, it'll show up as stolen. IDK if police will bother but its worth a try. also did you get shipping insurance?
