    Need to change my region, please help.


    So, i recently changed my region from the US to the Faroe Islands, but i wasn't aware of the fact that there isn't any xbox live in that region.

    Because of that, i'd like to change back to the US, or at least somewhere that i can use Xbox Live.

    The reason i changed was because when i went to register my Xbox Live Gold, it kept asking for a zip code, which i couldn't remember.

    Once the 4 month waiting period is up you will be free to change your region again.

    Your region should be set as the same as your actual & billing location

    well for one thing romania isnt a xbox live region

    you did read the warnings in the xbox migration tool correct?

    "you should only pick xbox live regions"

    consider yourself lucky since selecting such regions you would forfeit any xbox live time

    the toolis meant for long term stays as you forfeit access to region locked contentI

    Sorry to hear it. The code is a region issue (some content cannot be downloaded to regions they were not intended for).

    You will need to change the region of your account to Switzerland though.

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Please pay attention to the list of things that could prevent a region change to see if any apply to you. If nothing does then you'll need to contact phone support again for further assistance. If they say they cannot help then request to have the issue
    escalated.
