    Need to Change Email ON the XBox One Console?


    The email currently on my XBox One Console is NOT accessible. So I want to change the Email address currently associated with my Account & GamerTag while on the Console to my new email. But I can not find where I can change it ON the Console or where
    I can even sign out?

    Any direction is appreciated.

    Auto created gamertag.

    If I understood you wanna yse the Email from the new Xbox account on the old one. If yes you need to change the Email for the new one first to disconnect Email and Xbox account. Then you need to change the Email alias for your old Xbox account on account.xbox.com.
    There you need to first add ne Email and then set it as primary alias for the account.

    In order for you to change the email on your Microsoft account you need to go through this link:

    account.live.com/ChangeId.aspx

    Sign in. And change the email to a desired one.

    Then you need to removed your profile from the console and redownload it with the new email.

    Hi there. Did you change the email address via xbox.com or your console? The one on xbox.com is just a contact reference for support etc. You will need to go the settings on your console then 'Account' and select Windows Live ID. From here you can change
    the email address you use to sign into your xbox LIVE profile and recovering it.

    Email invalid?

    You cannot have an email attached to two gamertags at once. You would need to free it off of this free one that was created through your Windows 8 before you would be able to use it on your original Gamertag for Xbox.

    The issue with that is right now you can only change the Microsoft Account on the Xbox console itself and to get the new email attached to your original gamertag will be a 30day process. You would need ot download the new gamertag to the xbox, after 30days
    of being on there it will allow you to change your newer email on the new gamertag to a different one to free it up.

    Then in 30days you can take the newer email and change your original gamertag to the new email.
