    Need to cancel Xbox Live Gold subscription


    I joined Xbox Live for one of my kids a couple of years ago and the monthly subscription fee comes off of my credit card. Problem is, the kids can't work out which profile the subscription is connected to (it may have even been deleted at some point) and
    therefore can not actually access the Xbox Live Gold membership anyway. I've logged onto my Microsoft account but there are no credit card details logged and it appears no payments coming through that account. My credit card expired earlier in the year but
    the fee is still being taken from my renewed credit card. I really need to stop these payments as I totally resent paying $10.95 a month for a service I can't access. Please help!

    Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to
